Drawing Dreams Initiative works to advance holistic education, agency and timely information on Menstrual Equity, Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights, Teenage Mamas empowerment and 21st century skills (youth development) for underserved adolescent girls and boys, youth and communities in Laikipia, Isiolo & Samburu counties.

Our Ask For 2023

DDI is aiming to establish a safe, eco-friendly community center to offer sustainable community solutions. (The Dreams Center for Teenage Mothers & Other Community Needs) This will include tertiary skills learning and training (bakery, tailoring, bead work, modern office suite, employability, microfinance, recycling & upcycling, computer & ICT skills and services) Nutrition clinics, health & hygiene and child development forums (Infant CPR and First Aid, Child Centered Play, Infant Contact,Growth & MotorDevelopment) Youth Development
HOW TO SUPPORT OUR WORK

As volunteer

Engage in sessions on; Menstrual Health, Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights, Mental Health, Careers, Side Hustles, Financial Literacy, Nutrition, Health , tech and innovation & any other skills as per the target group for the particular session
Network with other DDI members and community projects.
Experience local cultures, flora and fauna within the communities we serve.
Become a champion and ambassador for the work we do.
